  • Considering and submitting complaints, appeals, requests, and other comments regarding cooperation in connection with the performance of the contract on the basis of the legitimate interest of the controller – Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, which is to ensure the quality of services provided and to comply with the provisions of the contract.

HOW LONG WE WILL PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the following period:

  • Personal data processed for the purpose of concluding and performing a contract, considering complaints or other requests from a contractor related to a cooperation agreement – until the end of the cooperation agreement,
  • Personal data resulting from tax documentation – up to 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline expired,
  • Personal data processed for the purpose of pursuing claims and defending against claims – until the claims expire,
  • Personal data processed for the purpose of debt collection – until full settlement.

CATEGORIES OF DATA RECIPIENTS

The recipients of the data may be entities from the following categories:

  • entities cooperating with the controller providing consulting and legal services,
  • entities authorized under applicable law (in particular courts and state authorities);
  • entities providing IT services and e-mail and website hosting services acting on behalf of the controller,
  • entities providing postal and courier services acting on behalf of the controller,
  • banks and other financial institutions in connection with the collection of receivables under the agreement

Your personal data will be processed until the end of contact with a potential contractor, and after the original purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled, it will be processed for the period of limitation of claims or until an effective objection is lodged.

HOW LONG WE WILL PROCESS PERSONAL DATA

Your personal data will be processed for the following period:

  • personal data processed for the purpose of registering outgoing and incoming correspondence
    and responding to correspondence sent – until the matter being the subject of the correspondence has been resolved or for the period specified in the cooperation agreement (in the case of correspondence relating to the agreement),
  • personal data processed for the period of pursuing claims and defending against claims – until the claims become time-barred or until an effective objection is lodged.

The recipients of the data may be entities from the following categories:

  • entities authorized under applicable law (in particular courts and state authorities);
  • entities providing IT services (including e-mail hosting providers), postal and courier services acting on behalf of the controller;

PURPOSES, LEGAL BASIS, AND DATA PROCESSING TIME

Please be advised that your personal data will be processed for the following purposes:

  • Conducting the current recruitment process and selecting an offer based on:
  • Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR (fulfillment of legal obligations incumbent on the controller) with regard to the data referred to in Article 221 § 1 and § 2 of the Labor Code, until the end of the recruitment process,
  • Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (processing is based on consent)
    with regard to the transfer of other data in the job offer by the candidate, until the consent is withdrawn, but no longer than until the end of the recruitment process. After this time, the controller will delete the data even if the consent is not withdrawn.
  • Article 9(2)(a) of the GDPR* (processing is based on explicit consent in a separate statement) with regard to the transfer of personal data belonging to special categories of data (including, for example, health data) specified in Article 9(1) of the GDPR, until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than until the end of the recruitment process. After this time, the controller will delete the data even if consent has not been withdrawn.
  • Conducting future recruitment on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (processing is based on consent), until consent is withdrawn, but no longer than 12 months from the moment consent is given. After this time, the controller will delete your data even if consent has not been withdrawn.

  • entities providing IT services and e-mail hosting operating on behalf of the administrator,
  • entities providing postal and courier services operating on behalf of the administrator.
